Run an agent on its own and you learn what it did by reading the diff. AigentFlow.io checks the action while it is still a proposal. A rule can refuse a tool, a path, or a change that goes past what the session was given, before anything reaches your files.
Six modes set how far it may reach, from reading only, through writing you a plan, to editing inside a budget of turns, spend and changed files. You move it up a mode. It cannot move itself.
Claude and Codex enforce this differently, and the app tells you which. On Claude the call is stopped before it runs. On Codex a sandbox sets the limits and the activity is reported as it arrives.
